During 2014 and 2013, we disposed of approximately $1.6 million and $445,000, respectively, of fully depreciated assets.

Total depreciation and amortization expense was $2.4 million, $2.6 million and $2.4 million for the years ended December 31, 2014, 2013 and 2012, respectively.
